SHIPPING & GENERAL INFORMATION

I ship to UK and Europe every day.  The rates have changed as of May 14, 2007, so please read all the way to the bottom.  This is new for us as well, so please work with us as we change over and know that we'll get you the fastest and lowest cost of shipping.  We'll be happy to tell you what the shipping will be with this new system until things settle down a bit.  If one of the items you order does not fit into a smaller envelope, we reserve the right to revise the shipping costs and we will notify you before shipping.  Thanks in advance for your patience.

    -    Please Note:  There is no longer a Small Global Priority envelope available.

    -    1st Class Mail International appears to be the least expensive but the delivery time is listed as 'varies' depending on how packages are transported.  I don't know if they will go by plane or ship.  They are available for merchandise up to 4 pounds.  No tracking is available.  Approximate rates:

            1 pound        $10.40 US
            2 pounds      $16.80 US
            3 pounds      $23.20 US
            4 pounds      $29.60 US

    -    There is a Flat Rate Envelope which was the Larger Global Priority Envelope which is now $9.00 US for Canada and $11.00 US for other countries.   It still has a 4 pound limit.

    -    Express Mail International 3-5 average business day delivery to major destinations.  Tracking online is available.  Free $100.00 insurance.  Additional insurance available for a fee.  Prices vary but if you use what was formerly the Large Global Priority Envelope, prices are as follows:  Canada - $22.00 US  Other Countries $25.00  US

    -    Priority Mail International takes 6-10 average business days to major destinations.  Tracking to major destinations.  Insurance available for a fee.  Rates vary from $20.00 to $36.00 US depending on the weight.

        -    Domestic Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope can be used for International Shipping - CANADA $9.00 US  Other Countries $11.00 US 4 POUND MAX.

        -    Domestic Priority MAIL Flat Rate BOX can be used for International Shipping  CANADA $23.00 US  Other Countries $37.00 US 20 POUND MAX.  This box appears very large indeed.

Australia is approximately $1.00 more than prices to UK and Europe
Other countries might vary.

I know this is all very confusing, so email me and I'll give you information as soon as possible as to the shipping rates.  When the dust settles, please know that we'll always do what's best for you!

My system figures shipping by the weight of items.  It does not know that sometimes I can get your items packed in a smaller parcel which I will do if at all possible.
US rates:  $4.05 for first item, shipping is added on as weight increases.  If all your items can fit safely into a Priority Mail Envelope, that option is preferred.  I will try to get the best shipping for you as other options are available such as Flat Rate Box in the Continental US.   I'm happy to quote shipping on a per order basis.  However, electing Priority Shipping does not ensure that the package will go out the same day.  We'll do our best to get it out to you as soon as humanly possible.  Busy seasons will impact on this so if you need items in a hurry for a 'stamping emergency' contact us directly and we can discuss special needs such as over-nighting your order, etc.

If you have a lot of items, you should email me before paying as I can pull the order and let you know exactly how much combined shipping will be.  My goal is for you to spend your money on stamps and accessories - not on shipping.

PLEASE NOTE that items on this website are sold individually unless stated otherwise.  If you are unclear as to what you are ordering, please email before you order and I'll be happy to clarify it for you.

Return/Exchange Policy:
Return of undamaged, unopened items in re-sellable condition will be accepted for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only. There may be a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Freight is your responsibility -- unless the item was sent by us in error, in which case, we will send the correct item as soon as possible and pay for shipping of the incorrect item back to us. Books, videos, ribbon and single sheet papers ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Sale items are All Sales Final. We cannot accept returns/exchanges for opened ink pads, paints, or partially used items. Returns must be made within 10 days from date of purchase. Special order items cannot be returned.

YOU MUST CONTACT US for a MRA# (Merchandise Return Authorization)

No returns will be accepted without an MRA# on the shipping label.

Payment & Shipment Policy:
All orders must be paid in US funds ONLY before shipment.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, certified checks and personal checks.  Please note that personal checks take 7-10 days to clear at the bank, so your order will be held up until the check clears.
Returned Check Fee $25.00. Make Checks Payable to:  Krafty at Krafts
We do not backorder. Refunds will be issued for out of stock items. We process orders promptly - shipments of stock items are made within 5 business days - this time may vary due to seasonal business - please allow up to 3 weeks delivery time.
Availability and prices effective 8/1/04 and subject to change without notice.

Special Orders:  If you would like me to special order something for you, shipping time will vary depending on how long it takes us to receive the merchandise from the various companies.  Deposits or full payment will be required on special order items (effective 1/1/05).

Insurance:  Krafty at Krafts is NOT responsible for packages lost in the mail unless you purchase insurance. Priority Mail and International packages are NOT automatically insured.  NOTE:  Some countries do not offer insured mail (Mexico is one...)  If  you are ordering from a country that does not provide insurance, you are ordering at your OWN risk.  Also, if you do not elect to purchase insurance by putting a note on the comments section of your order or emailing, and the package is lost, I cannot replace it.

Privacy & Security Statement:
We do not sell or make available your personal information to other companies or individuals. When we ask for your credit card information, you are in a secure (SSL) protected area of our website. This means that your information will be transmitted across the web to us with the highest degree of security. Protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our customer's personal information is of the highest importance to Krafty at Krafts.
